Here’s my top tip to coordinate family outfits: start with one “Anchor Outfit.” Pick one person’s look (often Mom’s!) and let the colors of the Anchor Outfit set the tone for everyone else. This makes it so much easier, especially for moms who aren’t sure what to wear. Find your outfit first, then choose the rest of the family’s clothes after.

You don’t have to match exactly. You want to distribute 2-3 colors from the Anchor Outfit throughout everyone’s outfits.  This creates a beautifully coordinated look that pops in Christmas pictures. No identical sweaters required!
